Between management, commercial steering and technical delivery.

Shirin Meggendorfer supports complex IT and transformation projects at the interfaces where conventional role models often fall short. Her background combines project steering, project controlling, Jira/Confluence governance, contract and vendor coordination as well as technical experience in software development, interfaces, testing and support.

This combination makes it possible to consider operational, commercial and technical consequences together and to translate complex matters into clear decision and implementation structures.
